In the latest update from Apple Web Sql is disabled by default on iPad and Safari browser, if you need to enable Web Sql follow the below step to enable it.
Follow the below step to enable web sql on Ipad
Settings >> Advance >> Experimental Features >> Disable Web Sql
Step1: Go to settings and then Select Advance under settings on your Ipad
Step2: Select Experimental Features
Step3: Uncheck the Disable Web Sql option to enable web Sql
