Update Item Description in Twirll Portal Using AI or Manual Entry

This explains how to update an item description in Twirll Portal using either the
built-in AI description generator or manual editing. It ensures the item is located,
edited, reviewed, and saved correctly.

1.Log in to Twirll Portal using your credentials.

• Navigate to the Operation section.
• Click manage Item and then Item Overview.

2. Update the description using the AI generator

• • Search for the item whose description needs to be updated.
  • Select the correct item from the search results.

• Click Edit Item to update description

• Select Add AI Generator Description.
• Review the generated description carefully.
• Make any required edits or corrections.
• Click Accept and Save.

3. Update the description manually

• Follow the same item search and selection process.
• Click Edit Item.
• Enter or modify the description manually.
• Verify the text is accurate and complete.

4. Confirm the description was updated

• Reopen or review the item after saving.
• Confirm the item description reflects the changes made.
