Edit Existing Coupon Information in Twirl Portal
This SOP explains how to update an existing coupon in the Twirl portal. Follow these steps to locate the coupon, edit the required fields, and save the changes successfully.
1. Log in and open the Operations section
- Sign in to the Twirll Portal using your authorized credentials.
- From the main navigation, go to the Operations section.
2. Open Manage Coupon and select the coupon to edit
- Click Manage Coupon to display the list of existing coupons.
- Review the list and select the specific coupon you want to modify.
- Open the coupon details so the editable fields are visible.
3. Update the coupon details
- Edit the required coupon fields, including:
- Coupon Name
- Discount Percentage
- Description
- Any other available coupon details
- Verify that the updated information is accurate and complete before saving.
- Click the Update button after all edits are complete.
