Apply a Coupon to a Specific Item Only
This explains how to log into the portal, open or create a coupon, and configure it so the coupon applies only to a selected item. It also includes the final verification step to confirm the coupon is restricted to the intended item.
1. Log in and open the coupon management area
- Log in to the portal using your credentials.
- Navigate to the Operations area.
2. Open the target coupon and enable item-level application
- Click Manage Coupon.
- Open an existing coupon or create a new coupon as needed.
- Scroll down slightly on the coupon details page.
- Enable the option that allows the coupon to be apply to item.
- And then click on Apply to items
3. Search for and select the required item
- Search for the required item in the list.
- Select the item you want the coupon to apply to.
- If needed, repeat the selection process for additional approved items or categories.
- Click Proceed with Selected.
- Confirm that the coupon has been successfully updated for the selected item.
- Review the coupon settings after saving.
- Confirm the coupon is applied only to the intended item.
- Ensure no other items or categories are included unless explicitly required.
