Quotations overview consists of previously created Quotations listed by their status like “Active Quotations” and “Expired quotations”. Step to go to Quotations overview follow path as:
Sales > Quotation > Quotation Overview
Once Quotation Overview is clicked, you can see your previously created quotations in the list
Quotations Overview components:
# 1: Add Quote: By click on Add quote you can create new quotation
#2: Quotations Filters: We have three filters for Quotations:
1. Active: Active filter shows all the active quotations
2. Expired: Expired filter shows all the expired quotations
3. All: For all active and expired both quotations, you can apply All as a filter
#3: Search box: In the search box you can search created Quotations by cart id / Reference id /Customer Name.
#4: Action buttons: Quotations list has two action button:
1. Edit: By click on “Edit” you can edit the respective Quotation. To view more details visit Update Quotation
2. View Log: click on the “View Log” to track actions taken on the selected Quotation.
