This SOP explains how to access the snoozed products list from the POS and manage items individually or in bulk. It helps team members quickly review, un-snooze, and restore items online without updating them one by one.
1. Open the Manage Operation Area from the Twirll Logo
- From the POS home screen, click the Twirll logo.
- Select Manage Operation from the menu.
- Scroll down the page until you find the product management section.
2. Open the Snooze Product Section
- Click on the Snooze Product section.
- Review the full list of items that are currently snoozed.
- Use this list to identify which products need to be restored or checked.
3. Review Snoozed Items Individually
- Inspect each snoozed item one by one.
- Confirm which items should remain snoozed and which should be brought back online.
- Verify item status before making changes.
4. Un-snooze a Single Item
- Click the item you want to unsnoozed
- Select Un-snooze Now to bring the item back online.
5. Unsnooze Multiple Items in Bulk
- Select multiple snoozed items at once.
- Click the Unsnooze button to restore them together.
- Confirm the items are removed from the snoozed list after the action completes.
6. Confirm the Items Are Back Online
- Verify that the selected items no longer appear in the snoozed list.
- Confirm the products are available again for use in the POS.
- Use this final check to ensure the update was successful.
