Dine-In order can be placed on a restaurant business with the simple process as mentioned below
- Select “Dine-In” order type from the PoS home page
- You can click on “Add Customer” to add a new customer to your business or attach a registered customer to this order you can select “Book a Table”
- Click on “Book a Table” to select a seat for the customer.
- You will be redirected to seat booking screen from where you can select your required seat
- Once the seat is selected, click on “back to items” button to add items in your order
- Click/Tap on items that a user wish to have and they wiill be added in your order
- Click on “Send” button to inform kitchen about this new order and so that they can start preparing the order.
- A recieptwill be printed in the kitchec that looks like this
- Customer can also wish add more items to the order.
- In this case, when the “Send” button is clciked. Only the new items are sent to kitchen
- Once customer is ready to pay, click on “Pay Now” button to proceed
- You will be redirected to payment selection screen
- Here you can select your payment modes and the amount to be paid.
- Once this is mode of payment is selected you can proceed to place the order with payment or you can recieve the payment later
- While proceeding, your order will be placed on selected Items.
