How to un-snooze items from POS

This SOP explains how to unsnooze an item in the POS when it becomes available before the scheduled snooze period ends. Following these steps ensures the item is made available for online ordering immediately.

Step 1. Open the POS System Confirm the Item is Currently Snoozed

  • Verify the item is snoozed for online ordering.
  • Confirm the item should be made available before the snooze period ends.
  • Example: Banana Milkshake is snoozed for online ordering.

Step 2. Navigate to Item Management

  • Click the Twirll logo.
  • Select Manage Operation.
  • Click Edit Item and Inventory.

We can check items(Banana Milkshake) is snoozed on online ordering, And we need to unsnoozed it

Step 3. Unsnooze the Item

  • Locate the snoozed item (example: Banana Milkshake).
  • Verify the item is snoozed (example: 6 hours).
  • Review the item details.
  • Click Unsnooze Now.
  • Click Exit Edit Mode to save the changes.

Step 4. Verify the Item is Available Online

  • Open the website or online ordering page.
  • Confirm the item is available for customers.
  • Refresh the page if necessary to verify the update.
