Manage Orders On Hold

Twirll POS enables you to process multiple orders at once, allowing you to place an order on hold and retrieve it later for continued processing. To hold an order, click the ‘New Order’ button, which saves the current order and initiates a new one. Held orders can be accessed from any device for further action.

To retrieve an order on hold, please follow the steps outlined below.

#1 : Click on Orders in the top menu to redirect to Orders Screen

#2 : “Orders on hold” section contains all of the available orders on hold.

“Order type Filters” are provided to list similar carts together.

If “Sales Channel Filters” are enabled (In case you are integrated with multiple sales channel) otherwise it shows all PoS orders.

To activate a cart, click on any cart from the list, and its details will be displayed in your cart area.

To quickly find a specific cart, click the search icon. A search bar will appear, allowing you to locate your desired cart efficiently.
