Manage Coupons

Coupons are created in order to add offers on the items being purchased. You can also create different types of coupons to attract more and more customers to your store. Coupons can be created with the below process

Twirll Login > Operations > Manage Coupons

1. Create New Coupon : Click here to create a fresh coupons
2. Coupon List : Here all of your previously created coupons are listed, you can click on any of it to modify
3. Business Locations : Coupons are listed on the basis of business location, changing the location will fetch coupons of selected business location
4. Print Coupon : Clicking here will take you to a new new page where a template will be created for coupons, which you can print and distribute them for promotion.

How To Add Coupons

On the “Coupon Overview” screen click on “Create New Coupon” button. This will take you to a new screen where you can create a new Coupons

Below are the components of this page

1. Coupon Type : Select the type of coupon you wish to have. You can choose your coupon to be of percentage or fixed
2. Business Location : Select the type of location on which you wish to add coupons
3. Currency : Select the currency on which this coupon is applied
4. Coupon Value : Input coupon value of which you wish to create coupons
5. Max Redeemable Value : Enter the maximum amount that can be reduced as a offer
6. Total Coupons : Input the total number of coupons you want to have
7. Coupon Description : Enter a small description that’d describe this coupon best.
8. Minimum Order Value : Enter a minimum amount on which this coupon will be applied
9. Validity Period : Input a valid Time frame if you wish to have it

Once all the details are filled, click on “Save” button to add this new coupon.

How To Modify Coupon Details

1. Click on the coupon row that will open the detaills of the coupon
2. Modify the details you wish to update
3. Click on “Update” button to save the changes

How To Add Coupons From PoS

To apply coupons in PoS follow the below steps.

1. Add Items in your order.
2. Go to “Adjust Net Pay” that will open a discount detail page.
3. Input the Coupon Code and click on “Validate” button. If your coupon is applicable as per order amount and coupon attributes, It will be applied to your order.
4. Your coupon will be applied on order

How To Add Coupons From Website

Offer can be applied from coupons from the website also. Follow the below steps to add coupons

1. Add Items in your order and click on “Checkout”
2. Go to “Apply Coupon” Section and enter coupon code and click “Apply”
   
3. Your coupon will be applied on the order
