Cancel order
Question : How to cancel order in Twirll Platform ?
Answer : You can cancel any order regardless of order status even complete order . Please go to Manage Orders > Select Order to be cancelled > Click More Button on top > Click Cancel Order from drop down
Orders can also be cancelled during different stages of order status which appear on the extreme right
of order detail screen
Manage Orders ⇒ Order Detail ⇒ More ⇒ Cancel Order
