This tool provide businesses the ability to bulk upload or bulk update the products and the variants. Follow the navigation as mention to for downloading Existing products/variants and uploading/updating items

Export/ Import Inventory Screen
- Download Sample File: (#1) Click this button to download a sample excel file (if required, explicitly create the xls extension and save it as excel file). Update/Add required information to this file. Information required in this file is similar/same as information required for a product creation. Refer here for more information.
- Choose file: (#2) Once your product/variant file is ready, click this button to upload your own list of products.
- You can even drag and drop the file to the area provided (Export/ Import Inventory Screen, #3)
- Download Existing Products: (#4) Click this button to download file with product information of the current inventory. If required, explicitly create the ‘xls’ extension of the file and save as excel. This file will allow the update of product level information such as product description, product name, type, catalogue name, tax override option, taxable etc. You can update this file, delete its first row (marked for deletion), save as excel and upload again with the updated information.
- Download Existing Variants: (#5) Click this button to download file with the variant information of the current inventory products. If required, explicitly create the ‘xls’ extension of the file and save as excel. This file will allow the update of variant level information such as pricing, volumetric weight, stock information, sku, barcodes, online flag etc. You can update this file, delete its first row (marked for deletion), save as excel and upload again with the updated information.
How To Update Variant Details
To update multiple variant details at once, follow below steps
- Go to Import/Export Inventory
- Download variants you wish to modify
a. “Variants of selected product” opens up a pop up to select products whose variants you wish to download
b. Clicking on “All Variants” download all variants that exists in your inventory
- Your variants will be downloaded in excel with the list of variants selected to be downloaded
- Delete the First row, this is just for providing information. You can also remove other variants that does not require any change
- Make required changes in the sheet.
*Note : Save this as a new sheet in .xlsx format - Once the changes in excel are done, we need to upload it in our system
- Select the sheet from the options provided, you can either drag and drop excel or you can choose it from your file system
- Click on “Read Sheet” to read the contents of the sheet.
- If the sheet contains some invalid data then error/warning will be shown in the respective row
- “Upload” button will appear when sheet is correct and clicking on it will update the variants listed in the sheet
