Edit Inventory

Once an item is created, it can be modified easily. To edit an item, follow path as

Twirll Login > Operations > Item Selection > Edit Product/Variant

Once “Item Overview” is clicked, you well be redirected to item list pageClick to open details of any desired item

You can see that “More”  button contains a list of actions like,

1. Share Item : You can share your Items on different different mediums. Clicking on this will open a QR code and a short URL that you can share to promote that specific itemyou can share the URL, Print QR code to promote or you can always share your item on facebokk
2. Copy Item : If you wish to make a copy of an item then click on this button to add a new Item with same attributes as of the current itemYou will be redirected to “Add New Item” pageYou have to provide a new name to this item and it will be created with the same attributes
3. Assign Taxes : Taxes Applied on product will add the same tax group on all the items in that product.
   When this button is clicked, List of taxes will be opened with the date range on which taxes has to be applied.
   Select the date range and tax to be applied and click on “Save” button, the selected tax will be applied on product
4. Apply Addons : You can have different addons to be enabled for this product. So, when an item is  bought by a customer he can see list of options available with this product.
5. SEO Config : Maintaining configuration for SEO is crutial ifyou have item listed on website. click on this button to add different attributes like title and description for the website.
6. Delete Item : If the item is no longer needed, you can remove it from your inventory. 
   Click here and confirm your action to delete item from your inventory

Edit Product

Products details can be edited by clicking on “Edit Product” to modify product details. Once you click on this button all the item details will become editable. You can change the desired attributes of the item and once it is completed, you can click on “Save” button to finalize your action

Edit Variants

1. To Edit a individual variant, click on the variant name to open its details, A pop-up will be opened containing all the details of that variant
   Select the tab on header to choose what type of detail you wish to edit and then click on “Save” to finalize your changes
2. To edit multiple variants click on “Edit Variants” that will toake you to a new screen where you can take various actions on variant level.
   1. Moving variant to a product: If you wish to move a variant to a different product
      Select number of variants to be moved and then click on “Move Items” buttons
      Once above button is clicked, list of the products will be appeared in which the items has to be moved
      Select an item and click on “Move” button.
   2. Deleting Variants: if you want to delete variants of the products, select the variants and click on this button.
      Confirm your action to permanently delete your items
   3. Copy Variants: If you wish to make a copy of existing variant. Select teh variant you wish to duplicate and then click on “Copy” button to make exact copy of selected variant
   4. Add Variants: You can always add new variants to the existing products. Click on this “Add” button
      A modal will be opened with the input fields. fill the required details and click on “Save” button to add a new variant to the product.
