How to update IP address of Main Printer

Once you obtain the IP address, update the same IP address at the defined Printer at Admin portal. Follow theses steps:-

1. Log on POS, Go to the logo and then select Manage operation.

2. Tap to Manage Printer.

3. Click on POS printer to configure IP Address

4. Update the correct IP address and save the changes.

 

5. Go on POS, Tap to logo and Do Sync and refresh and then make a test order to check it’s printing or not.
