Payment Reports
Login Twirll ⇒ Click On Financials (Top Header) ⇒ Click on Payments Reports (Navigation menu on left side)
Screen-1
This will show a report of payments done between a particular time period and for the specified business location, you can click on get details button to get the reports in both graphical and tabular format
Invoices
To view all the receipts of order made through Twirll store, follow the following steps:
Steps: Login Twirll ⇒ Click On Orders (Top Header) ⇒ Click On Receipts (Navigation menu on left side)
Screen-1 shows the receipts
View Invoice :
To view a invoice, click on the row (record) which you want to view. When you select a record, receipt details will open. It will display:
- Address of the store/location
- Invoice Number : Unique number which is auto-generated.
- Customer Name: Name of the customer.
- Order Type : Can be in-store, pick-up or delivery.
- Description: Shows the details of the product.
- Quantity: Total number of items for each product.
- Amount: Amount of each product
- Taxes : Shows the taxes levied on the product.
Print a receipt
- Select a receipt for print.
- Click on ‘Print’ button
- Choose one of the configured printers from the drop-down.
- Click on ‘Print Receipt’ button.
Please note to print the receipts, printer should be configured.
Settlement Records
This screen shows the details of the payment settlement records of the business.
