Third party price update from Twirll portal

 

 

 

This guide walks you through the process of updating an item’s third-party price, applying the change to the correct location and sales channel, and publishing the updated menu through the connected third-party platform.

Navigation: Operations → Manage Item → Item Overview

  • Step 1: Login & Open Item Overview
    Login to your Twirll Portal. From the top menu, go to
    Operations → Manage Item → Item Overview.Login and open Item Overview
  • Step 2: Search for the Item
    Use the search bar to find the item whose third-party price needs to be updated.
    For example, search for Chocolate Milk.Search for the item
  • Step 3: Update the Third-Party Price
    Open the required item and scroll down to the required variant.
    Under Other Price, click Manage Price.Manage third-party priceIn the price window, make sure you are in the
    Sales and Pricing section. Enter the new third-party price,
    make sure the Active option is selected, and click
    Update to save the changes.
  • Step 4: Verify the Price Update
    Verify that the new third-party price has been updated successfully.
    Close the price window using the X button.Verify price updateThen go to More → Admin to access
    location management.
  • Step 5: Select the Correct Location
    Click Go to the Admin and open
    Manage Location. Select the business location where
    the third-party price needs to be applied.Select business locationExample: Select the required location, such as
    Green Point. Review the available third-party
    integrations and select the required channel, such as
    Uber Eats.
  • Step 6: Switch the Integration from Preview to Live
    Open the selected third-party integration and select the relevant service.
    Then select Post Store Items.Switch integration from Preview to LiveCheck the current mode. If it is set to Preview,
    change it to Live. Confirm the correct location
    and third-party channel, then click Update.
  • Step 7: Publish the Updated Menu
    After the integration has been switched to Live,
    open the corresponding third-party portal.Publish updated menuDepending on the integration, open the relevant provider portal such as
    UrbanPiper, Deliverect, or the applicable
    third-party platform.Publish the updated menu so the new price becomes active on the
    third-party platform. 

    Result: The updated third-party price is now published to the
    selected third-party sales channel.
