How to update items description via in built AI and manaully

This explains how to update an item description in Twirll Portal using either the
built-in AI description generator or manual editing. It ensures the item is located,
edited, reviewed, and saved correctly.

1.Log in to Twirll Portal using your credentials.

Navigate to the Operation section.
Click manage Item and then Item Overview.

2. Update the description using the AI generator

- Search for the item whose description needs to be updated.
- Select the correct item from the search results.

Update description manually

Click Edit Item to update description

Update description using AI

Select Add AI Generator Description.
Review the generated description carefully.
Make any required edits or corrections.
Click Accept and Save.

3. Update the description manually

Follow the same item search and selection process.
Click Edit Item.
Enter or modify the description manually.
Verify the text is accurate and complete.
Click Save.
