Use Advanced Product/Item when a product has multiple variants, such as different sizes, flavors, or types. You can add variant options, prices, barcodes, and other product details from one place.
Step 1: Open Add Product
Go to Operations ⇒ Manage Inventory ⇒ Add Product/Item.
Step 2: Add Product Details
Enter the basic details of your product. If your product has
different options or variants, select Advanced Product/Item.
Step 3: Add Variants
Enable Multiple Variants and select the required options, such as size, type, or other attributes.
Step 4: Add Pricing & Other Details
- Scan Code: Enter the barcode, or leave it blank to generate one automatically.
- Search Tags: Add keywords to make the product easier to find.
- Prices: Enter the required buy, cost, in-store, and wholesale prices.
- Packaging: Enter package dimensions and weight when required.
- Online Flag: Keep enabled if the product should be available online.
Step 5: Review the details and click Save to add the product
to your inventory.
