This SOP explains how to configure a menu item so it is not controlled by stock or inventory availability in the Twirll portal. Use this process when an item should remain available for ordering regardless of the current stock quantity.
1. Log in and open the item management area
- Sign in to the Twirll portal.Navigate to the Menu or Item section.
- Click Operation. Go to Manage Item. Open Item Overview.
2. Find the item to update
- Use the search function to locate the item you want to change. Select the correct item from the search results.

3. Enable the Stock Independent setting, Save the change
- Scroll down the item page until you reach the Item Setting section.
- Locate the Stock Independent option.
- Select the Stock Independent option. Click Save Changes.
- Confirm the update is applied so the item remains available
even when the stock quantity changes.
