This SOP explains how to assign the correct images to each item variant in the Twirll Portal so customers can easily identify the option they are selecting. Following these steps ensures variant images are properly tagged, saved, and verified before publishing.
1.Log in to the Twirll Portal and open Operations
- Sign in to the Twirll Portal using your authorized account. From the main menu, click Operations.
- Scroll down the page until you find
Manage Item Images.
2.Switch to Show Variant View
- Review the available display options:
- Show Variant
- Show Product
- Click Show Variant to display all item variants.
- Verify that the variants shown match the item you intend
to update. Prepare to assign images to each variant individually.
3.Drag and Drop the Correct Images to Each Variant
- Ensure the variant images have already been uploaded
to the Twirll Portal. - Drag and drop the appropriate image onto the matching variant.
- Repeat this for each variant so every option has the correct image assigned.
- After assigning images, click Save.If the item has multiple variants, continue assigning
the correct image to each one before saving.
