There are multiple ways of printing Online Orders
1. Using Server Direct Print Feature of Intelligent Printer (for e.g. Epson Tm-T82II-i, Tm-T88VI, Tm-T88VI-ihub etc , find the list of such printers from here
2. StandAlone Application – <Twirll Print Spooler>
3. Using Twirll Point of Sale System ( Intelligent and Non-Intelligent Printers are also supported)
Twirll Point of sale system can print online orders seamlessly, Orders from Twirll managed online ordering website, third party aggregators (e.g. Menulog, UberEat, Swiggy, Zomato Doordash etc), Contact less Dine-in Orders , Kiosk Order etc. can be printed.
The device will keep polling for online orders at regular interval, once it found any print request pending for printing then it will fetch and print on assigned printer.
Enable Print request polling settings.
Select Printer, Polling Interval and number of duplicate copies.
Once done, please save
Note: While updating setting first time, the application needs to be relaunch.
