Quick Order Update

Change order status. (To Enable Quick order status change option please contact Twirll team.)

  1. Access Orders.
    Click on selected area in your POS, which will open Order History.

  2. Select order by Paid/Unpaid Details
    Select order by Paid/Unpaid Details, and by time intervals.

  3. Select order to check and update the unpaid order
    Select order to check and update the unpaid order to complete the order

  4. Update Payment
    Tap on Collect payment to take payment

    Select the payment method and confirm the payment

  5. Search your order which status you want to change.
    Click on search icon then type search keyword (e.g. Order ID, Customer Name etc.).

  6. Once the order is find change order status.
