Change order status. (To Enable Quick order status change option please contact Twirll team.)
- Access Orders.
Click on selected area in your POS, which will open Order History.
- Select order by Paid/Unpaid Details
Select order by Paid/Unpaid Details, and by time intervals.
- Select order to check and update the unpaid order
Select order to check and update the unpaid order to complete the order
- Update Payment
Tap on Collect payment to take payment
Select the payment method and confirm the payment
- Search your order which status you want to change.
Click on search icon then type search keyword (e.g. Order ID, Customer Name etc.).
- Once the order is find change order status.
