How to track offline orders

During an internet outage or network fluctuation, Twirll allows you to create orders and print receipts for customers. These offline orders are stored locally and automatically synced to the server once the network is restored, depend on setting, or you can manually sync the orders by connecting to any network.

Here’s how you can track offline orders:

  1. Go to the “Orders on Hold” Section
  2. Select the Offline Orders Tab
  3. View Offline Orders
  4. Click or Tap on “sync” button to sync order manually on server
  5. Click or Tap on “sync all” button to sync all orders on server

Note:

  • It’s recommended to sync all orders at the end of the day (EOD).
  • If the network is still unavailable, consider using a hotspot to sync the data.
