How to delete running order

Follow these steps to delete a running order:

  1. Access the “Orders on Hold” Section

  2. Find the Order
    • Use the search bar to locate the order.
    • Search by customer name, table, comments, or other identifying details.

  3. Proceed to Delete 
    • Click or tap on the “Delete” button.

  4. Delete the Order
    • A prompt will appear asking for the reason for deleting the cart.
    • Enter the reason and confirm the action.
