How To Set Up Quick Comments

Quick comment text allows you to add customized comments to cart line items, enabling you to take special requests from customers efficiently. Follow the path below to set up your own predefined comments that you frequently use.

Quick comments are particularly useful for POS users, as they streamline communication with the kitchen or backend staff, allowing for faster order processing.

Twirll PoS >> Settings >> Cart Line

Go to settings and locate Cart Line Settings, In this section maintain some default comments under “Cart line item text in cart area”

Once the cart line comments are added, click on “Save” button to update configuration

To add a comments, add Items to your order and click on item on which comment is to be added

On the item detail page you can see your added comments will be listed below.

Click on the added comment to add them in item, once the comments are added, click on “Save” button to finalize your changes

Once the comments are added that are shown with item

This is how you can add multiple comments to the item. These comments are also shown in your print receipt that is printed in the kitchen
