We can use quick comment text In order to add comments on cart line items to take special request from your customers, Follow below path to setup quick comment text to define your own comments which you use on daily basis.
quick comments really helps PoS user to operate in fast manner to communicate to Kitchen or at backend staff.
Twirll PoS > Settings > Cart Line Settings
Go to settings and locate Cart Line Settings, In this section maintain some default comments under “Cart line item text in cart area”
Once the cart line comments are added, click on “Save” button to update configuration
To add a comments, add Items to your order and click on item on which comment is to be added
On the item detail page you can see your added comments will be listed below.
Click on the added comment to add them in item, once the comments are added, click on “Save” button to finalize your changes
Once the comments are added thet are shouwn with item
This is how you can add multiple comments to the item. These comments are also shown in your print reciept that is printed in the kitchen
