Twirll POS makes it easy to collect payments using cash and record the denominations for accurate end-of-day reconciliation.
Step by Step Guide
1.Add Items and Proceed to Payment
- Select the items ordered and adjust the quantity as needed.
- Once you’re ready to bill, click on “Collect Payment.”
2. Choose Cash as Payment Mode
- On the payment screen, select the “Cash” option.
- The screen will now show you:
- Total amount to be collected.
- Quick cash buttons (e.g., $20, $50, $100).
- A “Cash Entry” button on the right.
3. Open Cash Entry Denomination Screen

- $100, $50, $20, $10, $5, $2, $1, $0.50, $0.20, $0.10, $0.05
4. Select Denominations
- Tap the denomination buttons to add up to the amount received.
- Press the red ← (backspace) button if you make a mistake.
- Use “Clear” to reset the entry.
- When done, press the “Done” button to confirm the denominations
5. Confirm Payment
Once denomination is recorded, the total cash collected will reflect.
- Tap “Confirm” to complete the transaction.
- Alternatively, use “Pay Later” if customer wishes to delay payment.
