Twirll POS allows you to delay the preparation time for an order, notifying customers via email or SMS, depending on your settings.
- Once you receive the online ordering notification, tap the Edit button to modify the order preparation time.
- 2. Go to the Order Detail section, search for the order, and tap on the order whose preparation time needs to be changed.
- 3. Tap on the More button, and then select Preparation Time.
- 4. Adjust the preparation time as needed, and then tap the Update Time button to save the changes.
