Step 1. Login to POS, Access Manage Reservation (Depends on your POS home screen setting)
Step 2. Search/Locate the reservation you want to cancel. You can use the search option to find the reservation quickly.
Step 3. Once you locate your reservation, click on the “Cancel” button.
Clicking on the “Cancel” button will change the reservation status to “Cancelled”.
Step 4. Final confirmation: After clicking “Cancel,” the reservation will be marked as cancelled.
