Remove item from order

This guide explains how to remove items from an order in Twirll POS, whether they were added by mistake or are no longer needed.

Follow the steps to remove an Item from an Order :

Reduce Quantity Using the Minus Button

1. Locate the item in the order list.
2. Click or tap on the (-) button (as shown in the image below).
   • Each tap reduces the quantity by one.
   • If the quantity reaches zero, the item will be removed from the order automatically.

   

Remove Items with Large Quantities

1. Open the item details by tapping on the arrowhead icon next to the item.
2. In the item detail view, click or tap on the Delete button.
   • This will remove the entire quantity of the item from the order.

   

Method 3: Delete Items Listed Separately

1. If the item quantities are listed as separate instances in the order:
   • Tap on the Delete icon (as shown in the image) next to each instance of the item.
   • Repeat this for all instances to completely remove the item from the order.
