Adding customer details to an order is very useful for order types like Takeaway, Pickup, or Delivery, as it helps identify the recipient.
Additionally, storing customer details helps you build a customer database, which can be used to share promotions and updates about upcoming events.
Steps to Add Customer Details to an Order
- Open the Order Details Section
- Tap or click on the order identifier (as shown in the image below) to open the order details page.

- Enter Customer Details
- On the order details page, enter the customer’s information such as name, phone number, or address.

- Use Existing Customer Suggestions
- While entering the details, Twirll POS will suggest matching customers from your existing database.
- Tap on the suggested customer to assign them to the order.
