Add customer to order

Adding customer details to an order is very useful for order types like Takeaway, Pickup, or Delivery, as it helps identify the recipient.
Additionally, storing customer details helps you build a customer database, which can be used to share promotions and updates about upcoming events.

Steps to Add Customer Details to an Order

  1. Open the Order Details Section
    • Tap or click on the order identifier (as shown in the image below) to open the order details page.
  2. Enter Customer Details
    • On the order details page, enter the customer’s information such as name, phone number, or address.
  3. Use Existing Customer Suggestions
    • While entering the details, Twirll POS will suggest matching customers from your existing database.
    • Tap on the suggested customer to assign them to the order.
