How to update sorting order of item on POS?

“The sorting order for online ordering items is applied automatically, but on the POS system, it must be enabled manually.

This section outlines the steps to activate the sorting order on your POS system.”

 Admin > Manage Locations > Select Location > Advance Settings > Select POS Sales Channel

Manage Menu

Go to Manage Location Section and select the desired location

Product Sorting Order

Go to Advance setting to edit sales channel wise settings.

Save Sorting Order

Select the POS Settings and scroll down to Item settings.

Save Sorting Order

Sorting Order to be enabled to reflect the defined sorting order of item in settings.
