How to redeem loyalty point on an order

If customer is assigned at order and have loyalty points, you can apply loyalty points at order to provide offer on customer request.

Follow these steps to apply loyalty points on an order :

1. Open the Order
   • Open the order where you want to apply the discount.(Check how to access order from order on hold if needed.)
2. Access Adjust NetPay
   • Tap on the Adjust NetPay button.
3. Access Apply Loyalty Points
   • Tap on Apply Loyalty Points section to access, this section will only be visible if customer loyalty enabled at business.
   • you can find the customer available points and value.
4. Validate and Apply loyalty discount
   • Enter either amount or points, then click or tap on Validate and Apply button to apply at order.
   • Once applied, you can check loyalty value applied at order to provide discount
