How to check stock value reports

Operational report shows the details about the stock you have in your Inventory, to view your operational report follow path as

Login ⇒ Analytics ⇒ Operational Report

Step 1: Log in to the Twirll Portal. Navigate to Analytics and then select Operational Reports.

This screen provides reports for:

• Stock Value Summary

• Stock Value Details

Stock Value Summary

Total Stock value Report shows worth of inventory items that a business have in possession, This report is generated by business location means that there is a separate report for each location.

The components of “Total Stock Value” reports are

1. Total Stock Details: This section contains a sum total of stock on that inventory
2. Graphical representation: This view represent a graphical representation of data

Stock Value DETAILS

Current Stock Value report provides detail about individual items that you have in your inventory. this is a specialised report about each stock count, this report is also classified by business location.

Step 1: Tap Stock Value Details.

Step 2: The complete stock list will be displayed.

Step 3: Use the Search option to find a specific stock item. You can also apply filters from the dropdown as per requirements and download the report.

Components of the Stock Value Details Report:

1. Business Location – View stock based on business location. Changing the location refreshes the report with relevant stock.

2. Search – Find any specific item quickly.

3. Stock List – Displays all stock items for the selected location.

4. Filter – Apply filters to refine stock data and download the report if needed.
