How to apply coupons at order

If customer have a coupon code, or you want to apply a coupon at order, follow this document, also checkout how to provide discount manually or redeem loyalty points or add surcharge on order.

Follow these steps to apply coupon on an order :

1. Open the Order
   • Open the order where you want to apply the discount.(Check how to access order from order on hold if needed.)
2. Access Adjust NetPay
   • Tap on the Adjust NetPay button.
3. Apply Discount section
   • In the Apply Discount section, tap on the coupon code if it is listed.
   • If the coupon is not listed, manually enter the coupon code and validate it.
4. Validate coupon detail
   • Once you apply the coupon, POS will validate the conditions and apply at order.
   • Once applied, you can check coupon applied at order
