How to add surcharge on an order

To apply manual surcharge at order, follow this document, Twirll also provide automatic surcharge on Order type and automatic surcharge on Payment method

Follow these steps to apply surcharge at order :

1. Open the Order
   • Open the order where you want to apply the discount.(Check how to access order from order on hold if needed.)
2. Access Adjust NetPay
   • Tap on the Adjust NetPay button.
3. Access Add Surcharge
   • Tap on Add Surcharge section to open and add surcharge
   • Add surcharge enter either surcharge amount or percentage
   • Add surcharge reason or name
4. Applied Surcharge
   • Surcharge will be applied to the order immediately after entry.
