Manage customer section in POS allows you to edit and view customer detail.
- Manage Customers can be accessible form home page of POS.
Click on selected area in your POS, which will open Manage Customers.
- Manage Customers can be access from sidebar as well.
Click on This Link . - Existing Customers list.
This is manage customer section, which contain the list of all customer.
- Search existing customer from list.
Click the selected area (search icon) which will open search bar, In search bar type keyword (e.g. Name, place, phone number, email id etc.) to find the desired customer from the list.
- Edit existing customer’s detail.
Click/tap on the ‘Edit’ button to edit particular customer detail. - Edit/Modify customer detail in edit form.
Save Edited/modified detail.
Once the editing done, click ‘Save’ button to save/update changes.
- Customer detailed view.
All detail of customer will visible here.
Customer Detail can be edited/modified from here as well.
- View order history.
To view customer order history, click/press ‘Order History’ tab/window.
- Customer order history detail.
Here can see the summary of all order/purchase done by the customer.
- Open order history detail view.
To view details of order/purchase, click on order block (selected area).
- Order detail view.
This is order detail view, which contains all records and activity done with the order.
