If an Item is no longer needed, you want to remove it from your inventory. But if it is already committed in any active or complete order, you can delete it by following this steps
Twirll Login > Operations > Item Selection > Delete

- Go to Item overview screen
- At items list page, search the item and try to delete the item.
- If it gives error message then open the item and follow next steps
- Open all the order(s) in which the item is added/commited.
- This shows all order(s), in different tab according to their order status, open order
- If Order is paid then process refund first
- Select Date at which date you want to reflect the refund (you can choose refund date as payment collection date, to avoid confusion)
- Now cancle the order.
REPEAT THIS PROCESS OF CANCLE, TILL ALL ORDER(S) ARE CANCELED - Once all order(s) are canceled it’s total sold and order going out will be 0
Now you can delete
- Go to Item overview screen
