While Creating an Event or a Ticket, You can add forms with this so the when the user buys the ticket or service you will be able to record the details of the customer. To attach a form follow the below process.
Twirll login > Operations > Add Event

You will see “Create Event” page will be opened.

Click on “Attach Form” button on the page to add an enquiry form.

Clicking on this will open a pop up with list of available enquiry forms

Select a form which you wish to attach and click on “Confirm” button to proceed with selected form
When the product is created. you can see the selected form attached to it
