For online orders, business can restrict the item/product delivery to specific zones, thus allowing the customers to notify upfront if the delivery is not facilitated at a certain zone.
Click Business Profile (Top Header menu) ⇒ Manage Delivery Zones (Left side of navigation menu)
Follow the steps below:
Select Location(#1): Ensure that your location is selected
Add Delivery Zone (#2) : Click on Add button.
When clicked, the following screen will be appear (fill up the required details):
Zone Name : Enter a suitable name for the zone so you can identify it later.
Type: Enter the range for the given zone (State, City, Country, Zip)
Also fill other relevant details and click save.
