Twirll allows you to send dynamic, customer-specific emails by creating templates that support personalization. These templates automatically fill in customer data at the time of sending, making your communication more relevant and engaging.
1. Navigate to the Template Builder
- Go to Marketing > Manage Email Templates
- Select Simple or Advanced Template Builder based on requirement
2. Insert Dynamic Personalized Fields
- A list of fields associated with the Customer object (and others) will appear under Personalization.
- Select the field you wish to insert — for example:
{{Customer.customer_name}}or{{Customer.email}}.
These placeholders will be automatically replaced with actual customer data when the email is sent.
3. Save the Template
- After inserting the required dynamic fields and composing the content, click Save.
- The template is now ready to be used in email campaigns, automations, or direct messages.
