Deleting An Existing Template

Once a template is no longer in use or you  dont wish to have it. you can simply delete it. Follow below path to delete a template.

Business Portal > Manage Email Template > My Template > Edit Template

  1. Redirect to the list of template in “Manage Email Campaigns” and identify the template you wish to delete.

  2. Click on the “Delete” button on the template and confirm your action.

  3. Your template will be permanently removed from the list
