Manage Leads Section helps in Communicating and Identifying New Potential Customers on the basis of data Gathered.

Navigate to “Sales -> Manage Leads -> All Leads”

  • Step1: Click on All Leads in Manage Leads Section.
    Click on ALl Leads to Open Lead List
  • Step2: Add New Lead and Click on table row to get Lead Details Click on Table row to get Lead Details
  • Step3: Lead Detail View
    View Lead Detail and Add Lead to Contacts or Update Lead

    1. Add to Contact : Add Lead to Contacts
    2. Update : Update Lead after adding Changes
    3. Follow Up
      1. Note: Add Note about Lead
      2. SMS : Send Text Message
      3. Email : Send Email
      4. Follow-up : Add Date and Time for Next FollowUp
